ICICI Manipal Academy of Banking and Insurance (IMA) currently conducts a one-year fully residential programme to train the selected Probationary Officers of the ICICI Bank at the Bangalore Campus.The campus is equipped with air-conditioned classrooms which are inter connected with video conferencing facility. In addition the classrooms can be converted to virtual classrooms for receiving instructions from teachers at different locations. The residential nature of the programme endeavours to ensure that the Programme Participants imbibe the culture of the ICICI Bank and the Manipal Group.
